A complimentary event coordinator will work with you every step of the way. They will help you choose your linen colors, décor items, and call your caterer, DJ, photographer, etc. On the day of your event, you will have a full event staff to do all of your set up, decorating, busing, and tear down. We just ask that you come in ready to celebrate.
Let the beauty of the Sandia Mountains set the tone for your wedding, and allow our experienced wedding team take care of all of your needs. Tables, chairs, linens, and numerous décor and centerpieces are included in your reservation.

And what is a mountain adventure without s’mores? Every reservation comes with a complimentary s’mores bar that will be open to your guests from sunset until your grand exit.

On the event day, relax knowing that our team is taking care of all of the details. We setup, decorate, bus tables, tear down, and clean up. Table, chairs, linens, decor and centerpiece items are all included in your rental.
We also make sure that you and your employees are ready to go with our coffee and tea station as well as water, iced tea, and lemonade.
